1. Overview & Scope

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which ITN PROXY ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, maintains, retains, and discloses information collected from users ("User", "you") of the itnproxy.com website, proxy routing networks, developer APIs, and client dashboards.

We are committed to operating a transparent, highly secure routing infrastructure while strictly adhering to international cybersecurity standards, anti-fraud regulations, and mandatory statutory logging obligations.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information required to operate, authenticate, secure, and legally audit our proxy infrastructure: - Account & Identity Data: Email address, username, password hashes, billing identifiers, and cryptocurrency transaction hashes (TxID). - Connection & Network Telemetry (Logs): - Timestamp of connection start and completion; - User's originating Source IP address and port; - Assigned Proxy IP address and routing node identifier; - Target destination domain name / hostname / destination IP and port; - Protocols used (HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5); - Bandwidth volume (bytes transmitted and received); - Authentication status and system error codes. - Website Interaction Data: Browser type, operating system, device headers, referring URL, and basic dashboard interaction statistics.

3. Mandatory 5-Year Log Retention Policy

5-Year Retention

3.1 Retention Period: All connection logs, authentication events, routing metadata, source/destination timestamps, and IP mapping records are strictly retained for a duration of five (5) years (60 months) from the moment of generation.

3.2 Legal & Security Purpose: This 5-year retention period is mandatory for: - Fulfilling statutory requirements under internet service provider and telecommunication cybersecurity laws; - Assisting authorized law enforcement agencies in investigating cybercrimes, fraud, unauthorized access, and public safety threats; - Conducting forensic audits and post-incident security analysis.

3.3 Secure Storage: All archived log data is stored in high-security, encrypted storage vaults with strict access controls. Logs are never sold, rented, or commercialized to third-party advertisers.

4. Unconditional Law Enforcement & Judicial Disclosure

Direct Handover

4.1 Direct Information Handover: ITN PROXY maintains an active policy of unconditional compliance with legitimate law enforcement and judicial authorities.

When presented with an official court order, warrant, judicial subpoena, prosecutor request, or validated criminal investigation directive from any authorized governmental body (including national police, cybercrime investigation departments, or courts): - ITN PROXY will directly, immediately, and fully disclose all requested logs, connection histories, account details, source IPs, and transaction identifiers. - ITN PROXY is not required to notify the User of such disclosures. By using the service, the User acknowledges and agrees that ITN PROXY bears zero liability for providing records to competent legal authorities.

5. Automated Domain Blacklisting (.gov & Banking Platforms)

Automated Filter

5.1 Network-Level Protection: ITN PROXY enforces strict egress-filtering firewalls that automatically intercept and block proxy requests destined for: - All government and defense portals (including .gov, .gov.tr, .mil, and official municipal/state networks); - Retail banking portals, banking mobile endpoints, credit card payment validation servers, and sensitive financial transaction networks.

5.2 Security Logging: Any attempt to communicate with these blacklisted destinations is immediately rejected at the proxy edge and logged with security tags for auditing and law enforcement review if malicious intent is detected.

6. Limitation of Liability Regarding User Data & Targets

Zero Liability

ITN PROXY is an automated technical intermediary. We do not inspect, retain, or take ownership of the payload content transferred between the User and the target server, provided it complies with our network firewall rules.

The User is solely and completely responsible for the legality of the data they send, retrieve, scrape, or process. ITN PROXY assumes zero liability for any legal actions, claims, fines, or damages brought by target websites or regulators in connection with the User's traffic.

7. User Data Rights & Statutory Retention Exceptions

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as under GDPR, CCPA, or KVKK), you may possess certain rights regarding your personal account data, such as requesting access or rectification of account details.

Statutory Retention Override: Please note that rights of erasure ("right to be forgotten") or objection do not apply to the mandatory 5-year connection logs and audit records that ITN PROXY is legally required to retain under public safety, telecommunication, and anti-crime laws.
